When obligation ends,

what adventure begins?

THOSE WHO WORK HAVE NO TIME TO MAKE MONEY

Trading time for money is life’s most underrated (and self-inflicted) obligation. Time is our most precious currency. Let’s treat it as such.

INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE

Real estate can shift the way you think about work. It’s one of the few vehicles where your money can start working for you—consistently, quietly, in the background. Rental income provides steady cash flow that doesn’t depend on how many hours you put in. Over time, your properties appreciate, building equity and long-term wealth without needing your constant attention.

Then there are the tax advantages—things like depreciation, write-offs, and 1031 exchanges—that help you keep more of what you earn. These aren’t loopholes; they’re smart, legal strategies built into the system for those who learn to use them. When you combine these elements—cash flow, appreciation, and tax strategy—you create a foundation that gives you options. Not just to earn more, but to live with more freedom, flexibility, and intention.

WHAT I DO

  • I'm a licensed real estate agent based in Denver, specializing in helping clients build wealth through strategic property ownership. I first discovered the potential of real estate by house-hacking in Arvada, CO—turning my own home into a source of steady rental income. Today, I guide buyers and investors through every step, from finding and purchasing the right property to launching and operating successful short-term rentals, all while leveraging the tax advantages unique to this asset class.

  • I started my real estate investing journey through a house-hack, which is a great way to get your foot in the door to build equity and decrease your living expense. This strategy helped my husband and I more rapidly safe for our next investment; we bought a beautiful van build out that will allow us to move out of our home, making it a full home (and full-time!) Airbnb. We are excited to cash flow and live our van life dreams until we buy our next home later this year.

I am also a General Partner in The Mill District, a 87-unit, 108-bed, multifamily mixed-use asset located in Athens, GA, home of the University of Georgia. The investment group I work with purchased this Class A property in 2024 for $21,700,000.
